About Norm's Artistic Learning Institute
Norm’s Artistic Learning Institute is a mobile, community-based arts program that delivers accessible and inclusive arts education to children and teens aged 5–18. The program prioritizes underserved communities, with a focus on uplifting Black youth through culturally relevant programming and representation.
Programs are delivered through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and public spaces, reducing barriers related to cost, transportation, and access.
